Product Description

Point 1——Characteristics:

XINGHAI WANG reductors are based on the building block design. It’s convenient for them to fit all types of motors or to connect with other power input.

The same type of reductors can fit motors with different power. It’s possible for combinating and connecting of different machines.

1.High transmission efficiency. A single machine can reach up to 96%.

2.Precise division of transmission ratio with a wide range. The combination of machines can produce a larger transmission ratio at a low output rotational speed.

3.Various ways of installation. Horizontal installation at any position or flanged installation.

Point 2——Working Environment:

1.Working temperature: -40℃~50℃ (The lubrication should be heated until above 0℃ if work below 0℃)

2.The working place should be less than 1,000 meters above sea level.

3.The input rotational speed should not exceed 1800 r/min. The circumferential speed of the gear should not over 20meter/s.

4.Suitable for normal-reverse rotation.

5.Without industry limitation.

Point 3——Lubricants Selection:

Reducer proper viscosity lubricating oil must be added before running, to make the friction between the gears, meeting the high load and impact load and let speed reducer play well on fuctions.

Note: Oil level should not be too high or too low, otherwise, will increase the working temperature.
