• Reducers of this series adopt two-stage planetary gears for transmission.
• Both sun and planetary gears are made of advanced nickel-chrome steel, whose accuracy reaches at least the sixth level ofGB/T10095after being grinded throughcarburizing and quenching heat treatment. Inner gear rings’ accuracy reaches seventh level of GB/T10095 after thermal refining.
• Assure the uniform loading of planetary gears by adopting floating components and crowned-teeth coupler.
• Transmission power ≥ 0.96
• Service life ≥10 years
